  I just wanted to thank you for your response and getting back to me, even going out your way to answer all my questions! I now have a much better idea of where i am going and where to get the information i need to make a better decision, thank you for all the useful links on your email response, i will definitely look into these and be able to get a much better picture.

  Thanks a bunch for the GOOD NEWS last week as I have been granted with the Permanent Resident Visa. It was surprised me a lot as my visa application was just lodged to DIAC last month. I did not expect such a real time response; I thought it will be issued at least by end of October or early November!
  
  With National Visas, I received outstanding support from outstanding staff in helping me for the whole visa process, preparing documentation, assisting me with the certification and lodging my applications. On top of that, I also received some valuable efforts for getting visa news updates and response to any single of my questions timely.

  We accidentally went to their website and purchase a service when our intention was to log directly to immigration. After we paid the fees and realized after that the fact that we are linked with them rather than immigration. We asked for refund and they totally and wisely understand the situation. Although , it was our mistake to purchase the service , their reponse were amazing and a refund were issued.
